We are looking for an additional cutting machine operator (m/f/d) as shift supervisor to support our production department as soon as possible.

Your future tasks:
- Technical supervision of a shift team of up to 15 employees and creation of shift and vacation schedules
- Ensuring operational processes and compliance with quality and safety standards
- Supporting your team with daily production orders and optimization processes
- Supervision of the systems as well as troubleshooting and carrying out minor repairs
What you bring with you:
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of programming with Siemens or Heidenhain
- Ideally experience in machining large parts
- Leadership qualities and confident handling of MS Office programs
- Good communication skills, confident demeanor and assertiveness
