For our location in Aalen-Wasseralfingen, we are looking for a committed and open-minded Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d) for the Work Preparation department as soon as possible.

Your future tasks:
- Deputy organization and team leader of work preparation
- Planning and controlling work processes in production
- Coordination of customer requirements with the respective specialist departments along the value chain
- Scheduling of production orders for production
- Master data maintenance and work preparation for special product areas
What you bring with you:
- You have completed technical vocational training with further training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) or a degree in production engineering with professional experience in work preparation
- Initial management experience in a similar position in an industrial company desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of production planning and production control
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, passion for leadership, high quality awareness and hands-on mentality
- Experience with ERP system “INFOR” an advantage
