For our location in Aalen-Wasseralfingen, we are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis, starting as soon as possible.

Your future tasks:
- Preparation and formatting of decision-making documents, analyses, and presentations for senior management
- Preparing for and Following Up on Meetings and Management Appointments
- Research and structured compilation of relevant information and key metrics
- Support for strategic and operational issues as well as cross-functional projects
- Optimization and Digitization of Internal Processes
- Liaison between the executive board, management, and the various business units
What you bring with you:
- A college degree, e.g., in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Professional experience is a plus
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension, and a high degree of initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in using AI applications such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a confident demeanor
