For our location in Aalen-Wasseralfingen, we are seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time (40 hours) purchasing clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your future tasks:
- Purchasing-side processing of domestic and international orders
- Management and maintenance of the product and customer database using an ERP system
- Request quotes from suppliers, place orders, and track delivery dates
- Payment Approval After Reviewing Incoming Invoices
- Export and import processing of truck, air, and ocean freight via the customs application
- Handling inquiries from the Main Customs Office and coordinating with customs authorities
- General Administrative Duties
What you bring with you:
- Successful completion of vocational training as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d), Business Administrator (m/f/d) for Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services, or a comparable program
- Work experience in purchasing and procurement
- Proficiency in MS Office and an ERP system (preferably Infor)
- Good written and spoken English skills are desirable
- A dedicated, independent, and team-oriented approach to work
