Your future tasks:
- Triggering orders in the internal system and maintaining master data
- Checking and tracking order confirmations with regard to deadlines, prices and quantities
- Checking and processing incoming invoices in coordination with specialist departments
- Creating, maintaining and tracking customer orders from order entry to delivery
- Creation and provision of invoices, delivery bills and other order-related documents
What you bring with you:
- Enrollment at a college/university, ideally in a business administration or comparable degree program
- Careful, structured and independent way of working as well as high reliability
- Confident handling of MS Office initial experience with ERP systems an advantage
