For our medium-sized mechanical engineering company, we are looking for a practice-oriented person who can safely use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or comparable applications and integrate them meaningfully into daily work processes. The aim is to digitize and automate existing processes and make them more efficient.

Your future tasks:
- Analysis, digitalization and automation of manual or recurring workflows in various areas of the company
- Practical application and introduction of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude or comparable solutions
- Development of AI-supported templates, prompts, workflows, evaluations, documentation and work aids
- Support for sales, purchasing, administration, marketing, service, production and management with digital applications
- Structuring, preparation and evaluation of information, data and processes
- Participation in digitization projects as well as training and support of colleagues in the use of AI and automation tools
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training, e.g. industry, office management, marketing communication, wholesale and foreign trade or comparable
- Very good practical knowledge in dealing with AI applications and confident handling of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Interest in digitalization, automation and modern working methods; ideally experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, CRM-ERP or DMS systems
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as very good written and spoken German skills
- Strong communication skills, understanding of operational processes and enjoy providing pragmatic support to colleagues
- Advantageous: Experience in sales, purchasing, marketing, administration, assistance, project coordination or process digitization; basic knowledge of no-code/low-code tools, SharePoint, Teams, Zapier or Make; knowledge of English and data protection awareness
