Your tasks:
- Providing technical support and advice to customers
- Carrying out repairs to existing machines at the customer’s premises
- Carrying out and evaluating fault analyses and carrying out repair and maintenance work
- Customer briefing
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed technical training, professional experience as a service technician or on machine tools or a comparable qualification
- Desirable Experience in mechanical engineering and knowledge of Siemens or Heidenhain machine controls would be an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (internationally)
- Main residence in Germany or Austria
- Good communication skills, solution-oriented approach and strong customer focus
- Class 3 or B driver’s license
