For our location in Aalen Wasseralfingen we are looking for a committed and open-minded team leader (m/f/d) for our milling head assembly in full time (40 hours) as soon as possible.

Your future tasks:
- Independent management of the “Milling Head Assembly” department as well as personnel and management responsibility with authority to issue instructions to approx. 15 employees
- Coordination of tasks as well as control and monitoring of assembly progress, taking into account deadlines, budget and quality specifications
- Cross-departmental cooperation with work preparation, final assembly, QA and service, among others
- Active participation in process and structural optimization (CIP, Lean, 5S)
What you bring with you:
- You have successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic with further training as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d)
- First management experience in mechanical engineering desirable
- Knowledge of LEAN management and ERP systems (e.g. INFOR or INNOSOFT)
- A confident demeanor, analytical skills and technical understanding
- Motivation, forward-looking approach and drive
