the electronic drive units for main spindle and feed motors, the programmable interface for
control and the switch gears for additional equipment. Protective system of control cabinet,
feed motors and main motor IP 54. Machine and control cabinet are connected via plug
connectors.

COLLISION MONITORING SYSTEM
Manufacturer: Brankamp, Type CMS (Machine- and tool protection).
Measuring sensor is a Piezo electronic elongation sensor, measuring the forces during cutting.
The sensor signal is evaluated via monitoring unit. For process monitoring the operator has to
set the end of the process on the monitoring unit. In case the load signal exceeds the process
limitation, the axes will be braked at maximum moment and machine will be switched-off.
